On our first day in Las Vegas, we took it pretty easy having traveling half the day from NY. We checked the strip and went all the way from MGM to Caesars. Pretty hot and quite a long stretch. We even managed to get a little lost at Caesars, so when we finally found the exit - we grabbed a cab and went straight back to MGM. And had a long and good night sleep.

After our one week stay in NYC, it was off to Las Vegas. The flight went smooth, we had a little stop over in Denver, but we arrived to LV in the middle of the day. We where met by a wall of heat when stepping out of the airport and had a shuttle bus take us to MGM - where we where gonna stay the rest of our vacation.


As soon as you step of the plane, you are met by slots machines...

A REALLLY big bed.


I really liked the suite. Sometimes indulgement is allowed...When in LV! We booked a Tower Spa Suite with just little additional cost, and it is still pretty cheap compared to other places. That being said, everything else in the casinoes are not that cheap...

After checking in and settling down a bit, we met up with the others to visit the famous strip by night. Pics coming soon!

I have a couple ideas of how I want my bike to look like. I love pink, and I'm thinking about pink details on my bike. I also think these parts will work with the a black Brooks B17S saddle that I hopefully will get soon (changed my mind about the brown).

As mentioned earlier, my cousin helped me get some cool pink esssentials for my bike in Copenhagen. He got me the lock and grips, can't wait!! I hope to get some hot-pink wheels soon.

I also need basic bike tools and that pink rear light for darker days. (how cute is that!?!?!)

With the white frame and pink details, my bike would look something like this (just with a black leather saddle):



Update: Tried the grips - FAIL!!! Measured that damn thing wrong, so I ended up with one pink grip too short. I guess you fail and learn.

At our last day in NYC, we celebrated Carlvin's birthday at the Brooklyn Bowl in Williamsburg. This place was really something. The place was divided into three main areas, an open space with a stage, bowling lanes and a resturant. There was a live band performing when we got there, and people where bowling at the other side. This place was recommended by friends and I'm glad we managed to visit the place. They say they serve the best fried chicken in Brooklyn and in my opinion, it was! We ordered soo much food!

We also surprised Carlvin with a cake and a birthday song. He was served a nice piece of brownie and ice-cream we all fought over.

This was a perfect way to end our stay in NYC. I really recommend visiting this place!
