SUNNY OSLO . It's almost spring here in Oslo and March has barely started. You sense more "life" and peoples' moods are lighter. The little snowblizzard this week confused me, I woke up on Wednesday to winter-wonderland, but it melted away before you could say spottieottiedopaliscious. Maybe winter is finally over?
