://CHILLOUT travel center

SUNDAY. Met up with my good friend and neighbour for a Sunday walk down to Grunerløkka. Equipped with coffee and good shoes, we walked down without any specific agenda. The streets where packed of restless Oslo'ers.

We ended up at Chillout Travel Centre down in Markveien. It's a cool concept and a nice chillout place for travelers or people that like to dream of travels. Here you can find and buy travel books, cool gadgets and necessities when traveling, get travel information as well as enjoying a little something to eat or a cup of coffee.

A book of weird food around the world. They even had the Filipino speciality balut in it.

We went straight to the shelves and looked for NY-related travel books and I came across a series of foldable Red Maps of recommended areas in NY. I ended up buying one for SoHo and one of Brooklyn where we are staying.
