CAKE CRAVING. So I started baking at 9 PM one Friday night and finished the cake at midnight. It was so worth it.
I cheated. I used a ready-to-mix batter and added a little pinch of salt for a more juicy cake.
Dark chocolate for the topping.
Chocolate-butter-coffee spread between the two cake layers.
Melted chocolate on top.
Shredded dark Toblerone on top to finish it off. Then 1 hour in the fridge.
VOILA. Chocolate cake for days.
