Winter can offer pretty scenaries sometimes. I love to wake up to bright winter days and suddenly everything is covered in white. Even the evenings won't appear so dark with all the snow. As long as you dress right, a long walk can be really nice.

The neighbourhood suddenly seems so serene, and all you can hear is the snow under your boots.
