We got to experience 4th of July in Las Vegas, and we did not know what to expect. The funny thing is that it seemed like just an "ordinary" day in Las Vegas. A taxi driver said that New Years Eve and big matches were much bigger. I guess people celebrate their 4th of July with their families. And he was right, because there was this UFC 148 matches the upcoming weekend and that's when all the people came to town.
We started the day doing our own, allthough it involved most shopping, and then we met at Caesars and ate at The Cheesecake Factory. It was such a nice dinner, and I finished with an amazing Godiva cheesecake. We all were so full!
We thought we give the nightlife a chance and got us on list at a big club at the Palazzo, but the long line and 1-2hrs wait in the heat, we gave up and went back to MGM and enjoy drinks instead. I did get to spend the day with my amazing travel buddies, so for me, it was still a nice night!
